Frequently Asked Questions

Here Are Some of the Most Common Questions From Potential Vendors

Q1. Can I pay weekly instead of upfront for all dates?

Vendors are welcome to pay on a weekly basis. However, your booth is not confirmed until payment is received. Weekly payment vendors will be placed on a waitlist for that week and may only be added if space allows.

Q2. How do I know if I got a spot for the week I want?

If you paid in advance, your spot is confirmed and you will be added to our vendor group chat. If you opted to pay weekly, you must message us to ask if there is room for that specific date. Availability is not guaranteed, and we do not hold spaces without payment.

Q3. Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?

Booth fees are non-refundable unless the market is canceled by the organizers. If you have an emergency and need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be reviewed case by case.

Q4. Is my booth space the same every week?

Not necessarily. Booth placement changes weekly based on vendor lineup, booth size, and flow of the event. We do our best to keep returning vendors in a similar area, but it is not guaranteed unless explicitly arranged.

Q5. Do I need insurance?

Vendors are strongly encouraged to carry liability insurance for their business. The market is not liable for loss, damage, or injury. Food vendors may be required to show proof of health permits and insurance.

Q6. Can I share a booth with another vendor?

Booth sharing is allowed on a case-by-case basis with approval from the Market Manager. Both vendors must submit and be approved through the application process.

Q7. Do I have to bring my own tent and table?
